Colonel VAUGHAN- MORGANasked the Minister of Transport whether he is prepared to issue a new order amending the Heavy Motor Orders, 1904, 1922, and other orders regulating the 205 speed of heavy motor vehicles exceeding two tons in weight, so as to increase the existing legal speed limit for vehicles fitted with pneumatic or solid rubber tyres from 12 miles per hour to a speed more approximate to the speed at which such vehicles can be driven with safety on the public roads?
