HC Deb 27 February 1928 vol 214 cc29-30
49. Mr. BUXTON

asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is proposing to introduce legislation far the purpose of regulating the grades under which eggs may be sold?

50. Rear-Admiral BEAMISH

asked the Minister of Agriculture if the Committee on Egg Marketing has made its Report; and, if so, does he contemplate introducing legislation or otherwise carrying into effect any of their recommendations?

Mr. GUINNESS

The answer to both questions is in the affirmative. I hope shortly to be in a position to introduce a Bill giving effect to the main features of the scheme submitted by the Poultry Advisory Committee.
