asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any communications have passed within the last months between His Majesty's Government in this country and His Majesty's Government in any of the Dominions regarding the signature of the Option al Clause in the Statute of the Permanent Court of International Justice; and, if so, with which Dominions and of what nature?
