§ Sir V. HENDERSONMy right hon. Friend has received the memorial referred to. On 31st August last the special attention of every chief officer of police was drawn to this Act, and this Act, like other Acts, is sent to all Courts. Attention will no doubt be drawn further to the Statute by this question and answer.
