§ Mr. DAYIs the hon. Gentleman aware of the urgency of making this simplification on account of the very many anomalies existing and will he expedite the report?
Mr. SAMUELI am aware of that, but probably the hon. Gentleman is not aware of the fact that there is a great volume of details to go into; I believe that some of the information required is not yet available.
