But as I have already informed the House an investigation into the circumstances is now being made by officers of my Department. As regards persons in receipt of Poor Relief, the latest information is contained in the published statement showing the number of persons in receipt of Poor Law relief in the quarter ending in September, 1928, of which I will send my hon. Friend a copy.
