§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, a full summary of the Report was issued by the Committee and appeared in the Press on 2nd February last. I think there was practically a complete copy of the Report published in the "Manchester Guardian."
