§ 10. Mr. DAYasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can give the names of the principal engineer and surveyor who have been appointed to make investigations and report on the conditions of the Zambesi; and when it is anticipated this Report will be completed?
§ Mr. AMERYThe investigations are being conducted by the firm of Rendel, Palmer and Tritton and have been in charge of Sir Robert Gales, one of the partners. I hope that it will be possible to complete the report next spring.
