THORNE)asked the Minister of Health the details of his proposal in connection with the exceptional consideration to be given the County Borough of West Ham, referred to in Command White Paper No. 3134, relative to the Government proposals for reform in local government and in the financial relations between the Exchequer and local authorities?
§ Sir K. WOODI do not think a satisfactory explanation of these proposals can be given within the limits of a Parliamentary answer, and I would again suggest that the hon. Member should await the discussion of the question in Committee.
