Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1926, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the township of Briercliffe, in the rural district of Burnley, in the county palatine of Lancaster, which was presented on the 6th day of November 1928, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1926, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the parishes of Kennington and Wines-borough, in the rural district of East Ashford, in the County of Kent, which was presented on the 6th day of November, 1928, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1926, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban district of Kirkham and parts of the rural districts of the Ey-1de and Garstang, in the county palatine of Lancaster, which was presented on the 6th day of November, 1928, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1926, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of part of the rural district of Woodbridge, in the administrative County of East Suffolk, and for the amendment of the Felixstowe and Walton Electric Lighting Order. 1900, which was presented on the 6th day of November, 1928, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the. Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1926, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban districts of West Mersea and Wivenhoe, and parts of the rural districts of Lexden and Winstree, Maldon, and Tendring, in the County of Essex, and part of the rural district of Samford, in the administrative County of East Suffolk, and for the amendment of the Colchester Electric Lighting Order, 1893, which was presented on the 6th day of November, 1928, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1926, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the burgh of Tain, in the County of Ross and Cromarty, which was presented on the 6th clay of November, 1928, he approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1926, and confirmed by, the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of part of the urban district of Dawlish, and parts of the rural districts of St. Thomas and Newton Abbot, in the County of Devon, which was presented on the 6th day of November, 1928, be approved."—[Colonel Ashley.]
