§ 4. Mr. THURTLEasked the Under-Secretary of India whether the Government of India or the Secretary of State for India have any evidence of disloyalty to the Crown on the part of the ex-Maharajah of Nabha?
§ Earl WINTERTONAs I informed the honourable Member in reply to a question on the 18th April, and explained more fully in a subsequent statement in this House, the Government of India were satisfied, from evidence in their possession, that the ex-Maharajah had repeatedly taken part in disloyal activities since his departure from Nabha.
§ Mr. THURTLEWill the Noble Lord be good enough to answer the specific question on the Paper as to whether this ex-Maharajah has been guilty of disloyalty to the Crown?
