Mr. CHAMBERLAIN78 members of the staff of my Department are at present employed upon overtime, of whom 1070 29 are typists or messengers, 24 are employed in regional and provincial offices, and 25 at headquarters.

Mr. GRIFFITHS (for Mr. FENBY)asked the Minister of Health whether he has received the accredited representatives of the ex-Service temporary clerks employed in his Department who are liable to a week's notice terminating their employment; and, if not, whether he is willing to receive a deputation in order that he may hear the men's side as well as the official side?
