§ Sir J. GILMOURThe protests which I had in mind when I answered the hon. Member's question on 4th April related to the year 1924 and were the subject of correspondence between the Board of Agriculture for Scotland, the Forestry Commission and the National Farmers' Union of Scotland at the time. As regards the question of action on my part, I would refer the hon. Member to my answer to the second part of his question of 4th April.
