§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERMy Department will not be represented at the Conference mentioned, but His Majesty's Government will be represented through the Department of Scientific and Indus- Research. I understand that certain of the technical and industrial organisations concerned in the subject will also send representatives.
