Friend is aware, the Road Transport Lighting Bill, which would make it obligatory for pedal cyclists to carry either a red rear lamp or a red reflector, has passed Report stage in this House. I hope that sufficient time will be available for the Third Reading to be taken at an early date, and for its consideration in another place this Session.
