§ Sir K. WOODIf a purchaser demands an article of food under one of the descriptions referred to, it is a question for determination by the Court under the Sale of Food and Drugs Acts whether the article sold complies with the description. There is no prescribed standard of composition, and my right hon. Friend does not think that the circumstances are such as to justify further legislation.
