§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINThe course of action proposed by my hon. Friend would be tantamount to a resumption of the control of the concession, and, as stated in the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for East Cardiff (Sir C. Kinloch-Cooke) on the 17th November, His Majesty's Government have no intention of taking this step unless forced to do so.
