§ Sir J. GILMOURI am not in a position to give the information asked for by the hon. Member up to any date this year, as the Abstracts of Accounts of local authorities for the financial year ended in May last are not yet available. Particulars are, however, being extracted for the period from 1919 till 15th May, 1926, and I shall send a statement to the hon. Member as early as practicable.
