§ Mr. BUXTONCan the right hon. Gentleman assure the House that the main part of the Ouse drainage scheme will not be decided on before the Royal Commission on Land Drainage reports?
Mr. GUINNESSOh, yes; there is no question of any action during this Session—we could not give the necessary notices. The Ouse Drainage Act, 1920, must again take effect. We should, naturally, consider the Report of the Royal Commission on Land Drainage before we decided on any further step.
