§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREI am in consultation with Dr. Nowell, the Director of Amani, who is now in this country, but I am not yet able to add anything to the reply given to my hon. Friend on the 4th of July. It is contemplated that Amani will develop as a central research institute rather than as a place of training.
