§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINA telegraph line from Kandahar to Kabul has been opened and another from Khushk to Kandahar is in course of construction and is understood to have reached Farah. My information is insufficient to enable me to reply to the remaining part of my hon. and gallant Friend's question.
