§ Mr. ORMSBY-GORESo far as Kenya and Uganda are concerned, I have nothing to add to the statement accompanying the Estimates for Colonel Services 1927 on page 9 of Cmd. 2906. In Tanganyika work has 617 begun on the Arusha extension, and I hope that the Mwanza line will be opened during the first quarter of next year.
