Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe average prices of houses included in contracts let by local authorities during the three months ended in September last were £403 for non-parlour type and £483 for parlour type houses as compared with £448 for non-parlour type and £513 for parlour type houses for the quarter ended in December, 1926.
