That they have passed a Bill, intituled, "An Act to provide for the transfer to the East Surrey Water Company of the undertaking of the Leatherhead and District Waterworks Company; to extend the area of supply of the East Surrey Water Company and authorise them to raise additional copital; and for other purposes."
