§ Mr. McNEILLThe Government representative on the board of directors of the British Celanese Company is Sir Philip G. Henriques. He was appointed with the ordinary powers of a director on 28th February, 1920, and cannot be removed without the consent of the Government so long as the Government holds not less than 250,000 preference shares.
