asked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been drawn to the accident which caused the death of Edwin Oakley at the Great Western Railway level crossing at Twerton, Bath, on 14th May; and if an inquiry is being held into the cause?

I have received a report of this accident and am informed that a verdict of suicide while of unsound mind was returned at the coroner's inquest. I do not propose to hold an inquiry.
