THE VICE-CHAMBERLAIN OF THE HOUSE-HOLD (Major Sir George Hennessy) reported His Majesty's Answer to the Address, as followeth:

I have received your Address praying that I will make an Order in Council under the Military ManŒuvres Acts, 1897 and 1911, a draft of which was presented to your House on the 8th day of February last.

I will comply with your advice.
