§ 33. Mr. WALLHEADasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has recently received any expression of the desire of the Russian Government to consider the question of very radical disarmament; and, if so, whether His Majesty's Government will take advantage of such expression to take the necessary steps towards calling-a conference of the Powers to discuss the question of disarmament?
