HC Deb 10 May 1927 vol 206 c197
27. Mr. HARDIE

asked the Postmaster-General the amount expended annually on advertising the Government life insurance scheme; the period that this scheme has been in force; the number of policies taken out each year since the scheme began; and the number of policies in force at present?

Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSON

As the answer involves a large number of figures, I will, with the hon. Member's permission, circulate it in the OFFICIAL REPORT.

Colonel DAY

Does this scheme include industrial life assurance as well as the other?
