HC Deb 04 May 1927 vol 205 cc1601-2 The following questions stood on the Order Paper in the name of COLONEL WEDGWOOD: 5 and 6. (1) To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the terms of the treaty of Tirana were communicated to him before it was published; and whether at the time he raised any objection to it; (2) To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether His Majesty's Government have discountenanced any appeal to the League of Nations in the matter of the Tirana Treaty; and whether the question of such appeal has been the subject of conversations with the French Minister for Foreign Affairs?
Colonel WEDGWOOD

As the subject of these questions was dealt with by the Foreign Secretary in his statement on Monday, I will pass on to Question No. 7, unless the right hon. Gentleman has anything further to add.

Sir A. CHAMBERLAIN

I have nothing to add.
