Ordered, That a Select Committee of Six Members be appointed to consider the present allocation of time for such Public Business (whether Bills or Motions) as is not Government Business, and to report whether any alterations in the Standing Orders relating to the transaction of such business are desirable.

Lord Hugh Cecil, Sir Park Goff, Mr. Kennedy, Mr. Lees-Smith, Major Owen, and Sir Robert Sanders nominated Members of the Committee:
