The value of cotton goods manufactured in the United Kingdom and exported to, Russia in the 12 months ended 31st March, 1927, was £297,179; and that of textile machinery £1,544,455. Separate particulars are not available for cotton textile machinery.

Has the right hon. Gentleman considered the question of extending British trade, and the wisdom of getting more manufactured 1431 goods exported rather than textile machinery?
