MITCHELL-THOMSONThe original licence for this station was subject to the same general conditions as are imposed on all other amateur transmitting stations; but, as stated in reply to my hon. and gallant Friend's question of the 24th March, it was found necessary, on account of irregularities, to withdraw the original licence and to issue a fresh one with revised conditions. About 1,250 amateur stations are licensed to undertake wireless transmission for experimental purposes.
