§ The SECRETARY of STATE for SCOTLAND (Sir John Gilmour)I propose to await the Report of the Scottish Committee on Young Offenders, which is now sitting, and to consider the two Reports together. I may add that I have already taken action on recommendations of the Committee which did not require legislation.
Mr. SMITHWhen does the right hon. Gentleman expect that the Juvenile Offenders Committee is likely to report, as it is more than a year since it was set up?
