§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERMy attention has been called to an exhibit in the Birmingham section of the British Industries Fair in the construction of which certain parts of foreign manufacture had been employed. The Regulations governing the Fair require that goods exhibited must have been manufactured or produced mainly within the British Empire.
