§ Sir K. WOODThe district council have adopted a general scheme for the sale, on the instalment principle, of houses erected by them under the Housing, etc., Act, 1919, and my right hon. Friend has given approval to their proposals.
§ Mr. MONTAGUEMay I ask whether this is contemplated under the Addison scheme?
§ Sir K. WOODYes, I think so. It is a worthy object, and it is desirable to encourage it.
