§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINI understand that the Treaty has been deposited at Geneva, but the monthly lists of Treaties registered at the League of Nations, which are issued by the Secretariat-General, only appear two or three months late and that for February is, I understand, not yet available; but I should be happy to show a copy of the Treaty to the hon. and gallant Gentleman if he so desires.
