Mr. ROBINSONasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, seeing that under Section 9 of the Guardianship of Infants Act and the Infants Act, 1886, the: married mother of a child is at a disadvantage compared with the unmarried mother, in that the married mother can only take proceedings in the district in which the father resides, he will consider the introduction of a Bill to remove this disability?
