asked the Secretary of State for War whether he will consider the desirability of appointing direct representatives of the rank and file, or of disabled ex-service men, upon the Board of Commissioners of Cheisea Hospital?

I see no grounds for an alteration of the present constitution of the Board on the lines suggested.
