asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has received any representations relative to the annoyance caused to residents in the New Cross area owing to the use of certain roads in that district for omnibus tests, and whether he will inquire into the matter?

No, Sir, but a complaint reached the police, who took up the matter with the omnibus company concerned, and they have promised to discontinue the practice.
