§ Captain HACKINGSince the 19th December last, i.e., the date of the withdrawal of the Emergency Regulations which were rendered necessary by the coal stoppage, no alien has been reported to my right hon. Friend as having been convicted of spreading revolutionary propaganda. The remainder of the question does not, therefore, arise.
§ Captain HACKINGYes. During the last 12 weeks no fewer than 40 undesirable aliens have been deported from this country, but they did not come under this particular category of people who have been convicted of spreading revolutionary propaganda.
