§ The SECRETARY of STATE for SCOTLAND (Sir John Gilmour)The holder of my office for the time being is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Police Fund. The fund relates to Great Britain and is not allocated between England and Scotland. As regards the remainder of the question, I would refer to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Horne Secretary on the 17th February.
§ Sir A. SINCLAIRWill there be no allocation to Scotland? When the allo- 1825 cation is made, surely the right hon. Gentleman will be responsible for the distribution among the different forces in Scotland?
§ Sir J. GILMOURI have made it clear in my answer that no allocation has been made. The questions will be considered on their merits whether they come from Scotland or England.
