§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONLetters posted in time for the late evening collections in London on Sundays should be delivered in Harrow by first post on Monday morning in the majority of cases; but at the present time the connection cannot be secured from all parts of London owing to curtailments of the train service. Proposals for improving the existing arrangements are under consideration.
