§ The POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Sir William Mitchell-Thomson)No amateur wireless station is authorised to undertake broadcasting. It is one of the conditions of the licences granted for experimental wireless stations that the stations shall not be used for general calls, or for sending news or other communications of a non-experimental character.
