Mr. LOOKERasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the position of His Majesty's Government as a leaseholder from the Chinese Government of the land comprised in the British concessions in China, and the position of the sub-lessees of such land from the British Government, and the rights of both parties under the leases they hold will be affected in any way by any agreement which has been entered into at Hankow and Kiukiang or by any arrangements which may be contemplated regarding other British concessions in China.?
