§ Lord E. PERCYNo such Committee of Inquiry has been set up by my Department. Possibly the hon. Member is referring to the unofficial Committee over which the late Lord Emmott presided. I am not aware that that Committee has yet issued a Report of its findings.

§ Lord E. PERCYI really do not know. This is a Committee which was set up purely on voluntary initiative. I have some information about it unofficially, but I have no official knowledge.
