(forSir R. HAMILTON) asked the Secretary of State for Scotland the number of convictions for illegal trawling in Scottish waters during 1926, showing the number of previous convictions in each instance?

There were eleven convictions in 1926 for illegal trawling and seine net fishing in Scottish waters; of these seven were for first, offences, two for second offences and two for third offences.
