§ 88. Mr. MORRISasked the Minister of Health whether to gal authorities in Wales, if desirous of doing so, are authorised to record their minutes, including those relating to finance, in the Welsh language?
§ Sir K. WOODMy right hon. Friend is advised that it was held by the Local Government Board that the proceedings of Welsh local authorities generally might be carried on in either Welsh or English, the minutes being in the language actually used, with the exception of accounts and minutes as to accounts, which it was thought would more conveniently be kept in English.
