§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir William Joynson-Hicks)Seventeen burglaries were reported to the Metropolitan Police during the period lst-25th June, 18 arrests being made. No arrest was made in three of the cases. The value of property reported stolen was £653, of which £546 was recovered. In 10 cases there was no loss.
