Mr. DALTONasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can give any information regarding the draft texts, prepared in view of a Convention on the supervision of the private manufacture of arms and submitted to the Council of the League of Nations, by the special Commission appointed for this purpose?
Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONThe draft texts which will come before the Conference were issued to the representatives of the Press at Geneva during the recent meeting of the Council. They will in due course be published in the League of Nations Official Journal, which can be purchased in this country.
